  • Contains spam or malicious code
  • Harasses or harms others
  • Misrepresents your identity

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or community guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Brand & Product Information

Luminous provides information about ethical brands and products for discovery purposes. We are not responsible for:

  • Product quality, availability, or pricing
  • Brand practices or claims (though we vet brands carefully)
  • Transactions between you and brands
  • Shipping, returns, or customer service from third-party brands

AI-Generated Content

Luminous uses AI to generate personalized content (mantras, insights, translations, etc.). This content is provided for inspiration and guidance only. It should not be considered professional advice (medical, financial, legal, etc.).

Intellectual Property

Luminous and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Luminous and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Prohibited Automated Access & Competitive Intelligence

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

  • Automated scraping or crawling — using bots, scripts, spiders, or automated tools of any kind to access, collect, or index any part of the Luminous platform.
  • Competitive intelligence gathering — accessing Luminous for the purpose of analyzing, replicating, or informing the development of a competing product or service.
  • Data harvesting — systematically extracting, downloading, or copying any content, data, design elements, user interface patterns, or platform architecture for commercial or analytical purposes.
  • Proxy or routing access — accessing the platform through a third-party proxy, VPN service, or API that anonymizes your identity for the purpose of circumventing detection or attribution.
  • Unauthorized data resale — selling, licensing, or sharing any data, content, or insights derived from unauthorized access to Luminous with any third party.

Any data collected in violation of this section must be immediately and permanently destroyed. Luminous reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies including injunctive relief and damages for violations of this section. Violating accounts will be terminated without notice and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Luminous is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Luminous shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if applicable).

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of Luminous after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
